- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was in line and there was a african american women assisting people in line with information to make things flow smoothly. The problem i had was that she walked people over to the self serve computers and was typing stuff in for them. So while doing something people are supposed to be able to do themselves I waited for 30 min in a line. I could have been in and out had this lady been doing what appeared to be her job. When i asked here about it instead of apologizing she told me i should have looked at the fine print on the website. Because i am black maybe she felt that I didn't deserve the courtesy or maybe because I had a military shirt on. Not sure. I dont know here job description but i know people are not paid to type numbers for people in a self service both. This happened today.
